Each Starter Pack contains a Medium size IncoFree along with an Inserter and Removal Ribbon.
We also recommend that you use the removal ribbon with the IncoFree unit as it makes removing IncoFree much safer and easier.

Q: How do I know which size is right for me?

A: Your Starter Pack contains a medium size. Once inserted it should feel comfortable and prevent leakage. If it doesn't feel comfortable or you have difficulty emptying your bladder when you are wearing it, you may need the small size. Alternatively, if the medium size is comfortable, but you find that leak whilst you are wearing it, you may need to try the large size. If you need to try a different size then please email us with the package details stating which size you need us to replace the medium with, and we will send out to you free of charge your new size IncoFree.

Using IncoFree:

• Step 1. First empty your bladder and wash your hands.

• Step 2. Remove the IncoFree from the packaging, wash with warm water and unperfumed soap and rinse well before the first, and subsequent uses. To insert, moisten IncoFree with water to help make insertion easier. Do not use petroleum jelly or a lubricating gel as this will make IncoFree slippery and may not stay in place.

• Step 3. Make sure you are in a comfortable position. Try sitting on the toilet with your legs apart, OR try standing with one leg raised on a stool or a chair, OR try squatting or lying down with knees bent and legs apart. Relax by taking a few deep breaths.

• Step 4. To insert IncoFree, push firmly down the middle of the narrow part of the band of the ring with your forefinger, this should divide the ring in two, into the two holes that the ring has now formed slide in the prongs of the insertion device.

• Step 5. Holding the Inserter handle, gently insert IncoFree inwards and up wards towards the back of your vagina until you can no longer feel the ring of the IncoFree against your vaginal opening. It should sit behind the public bone. Once you have positioned IncoFree correctly gently remove the Inserter. Your IncoFree device will stay in place.

• Step 6. IncoFree should now be securely in place as shown. You shouldn't be able to feel it but if it is uncomfortable, or you can feel it move, just take it out, rinse in water and try again.

  To Remove IncoFree:

• a) To remove IncoFree, get into your comfortable position and relax by taking a few deep breaths.
• b) Insert your forefinger into your vagina and through the IncoFree ring until it hooks around the top of the ring.
• c) Slowly pull IncoFree down from behind the pubic bone and out of the vagina. The vagina is designed to stretch so the IncoFree will come out easily or use the removal ribbon supplied in the package.

A removal ribbon is provided with every Starter Pack. The ribbon acts the same way as the string on a tampon. The ribbon is easily attached to the IncoFree device. This makes removal of IncoFree easy and hassle-free. Any additional ribbons may be purchased when required in the "Where can I purchase IncoFree?" section of this website.
